For anything related to your data, including the requests described under «Your rights» below, contact us gladly on WhatsApp at the number shown on this site, or by email at privacidad@salysolsportfishing.com. We respond within 20 business days in accordance with applicable regulations.

• When you book: your name, phone number, and email, plus the date, time, and number of guests for your trip.
• When you accept the liability waiver: your name, the date and time of acceptance, and your IP address, as proof of agreement.
• When you pay: the amount, currency, and a transaction reference (see «Payment data» below; we never see your card details).
• Automatically, through cookies: see «Cookies and browser storage» below.

We only collect what is essential to provide you with excellent service and ensure your safety during your excursion.

• Confirming your booking, assigning your ideal boat, and keeping in touch to coordinate every detail of your departure.
• Keeping the liability waiver on record for your protection and that of the crew.
• Processing payment securely and maintaining transaction records for accounting and tax purposes.
• Booking attribution, if you booked through a representative or referral link.

All of the above is used solely to deliver the best possible experience for you. We never sell your data or send unsolicited spam.

Your card details never pass through our servers and we cannot access them. Payments are securely processed directly by Stripe under the highest international security standards (PCI DSS).

We share only the information strictly necessary for the operation of your trip:

• Your assigned captain receives your name, phone number, and departure details to give you a warm welcome and great service.
• Stripe securely processes your payment in encrypted form.
• Messaging and email services are used solely to send confirmations and trip updates.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for any external commercial purpose.

• Bookings and waiver records are kept as long as needed to provide ongoing customer support and maintain required records.
• Payment and transaction records are kept in accordance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
• Once these periods expire, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to exercise your Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO) rights at any time:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify any inaccurate or outdated information.
• Cancel your records when no longer needed for service delivery.
• Oppose specific uses of your personal details.
